Below is the story of my Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bella D’ Oliva – Dom Amore.
From the heart, for the heart.
The beautiful Puglia region of Italy is home to some of the world’s most cultured and well-informed artisan olive farmers.
They share my passion for time-honored methods and uncompromising quality. My personal relationships with these growers ensures the finest olives are used, creating a traditional, authentic extra virgin olive oil with a unique, natural peppery taste.
Bella D’ Oliva - Dom Amore Extra Virgin Olive Oil is DOP Certified, the highest certification level for olive oil.
DOP is short for Denominazione d’Origine Protetta, which translates to “Protected Designation of Origin”.
This guarantees that the olive oil is produced, processed, and packaged in a specific geographical zone and according to tradition.
Each step, from production to packaging, is regulated.
Along with DOP Certification, Bella D’ Oliva - Dom Amore is hand sealed in opaque bottles that keep light out and vital health-giving properties in; properties including Vitamin A, Vitamin E, antioxidants and Polyphenols.
Every bottle you open will taste as fresh as the day the olives were picked.
Like many pure and natural products, the best health benefits can be obtained by using within the first 30 days after opening the bottle.
I am honored to call my signature olive oil Dom Amore, after my son Dominick.
Dom Amore means “love Dominick”.
He is my world.
